Recommendation

The Work Integrated Leadning Exposure ( WILE ) program is an excellent platform

in cultivating the potential of students by exposing them through an actual work
environment. While the aim of the program is to do good its poor implementation can
induce a rather opposite effect as the implementing body and the plans that they have
made aren't met causing offsets and confusion among the students.

The date of the weekly meetings can also be moved into the weekend in order to
give way for a full week of proper work exposure in order to have a clear division with the
requirements needed to be done for work and for the necessary documentations required
by the school and the WILE program itself.

Overall, with small modifications to the program it has the potential to be truly
revolutionary to the future career of the students who in the first place chose and had
invested their full trust in the institution to be their guiding matter into becoming competent
professionals of the future.
