MOCK JOB INTERVIEW

MECHANICS AND CRITERIA

1. Entry is composed of 10 participants from each grade level.


2. Participants should wear their chosen career attire.
3. Participants should bring their resume and application letter upon interview.
4. During interview, a maximum of three minutes will be given to each participant to answer
questions from each judges.
5. Participants will be rated according to criteria.

Favorable Self 10 points
Effective Communication Skills 30 points

6. The participant who earned the highest score from the consolidated points will be the winner.
7. The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.

of tasks and had to prioritise what needed to be done?

why you feel that way about it?

recent times.
20. Can you describe a time where you’ve noticed a way something
