interview questions. For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you

1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?
R/ If I could start my career again, I would focus a lot on finding the support
managers. I would have like to start younger and have more knowledge of the
subject.
2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most?
R/ My work philosophy is based on working to live, help my family and I want buying
what I need. I have been waiting to fulfil my dreams.
5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?
R/ The best manager I've ever had has a special preparation, studies and practical.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do things
better?
R/ At the same time that I do an activity I try to do it in the best way and thus I learn.
10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?
R/ I do not want to leave; I just finished the practices, besides I know that in
another place I will learn more things.
