Good day!!

We, the parents of Grade V-Maawain section, voluntarily agreed to pay P 5.00 (five
pesos) per week to buy 5 gallons of Mineral Water. The Mineral Water is for the
consumption of the students of Grade V-Maawain.

The money will be collected by the student treasurer of the class every Monday, and
it will be count together with the adviser Mam Jessica.

Furthermore, whatever the total money collected, it will be divided for how many 5
gallons of Mineral Water needed for the week.
