TERMS & CONDITIONS

The competition

- Competition participants will submit logo designs for “Keluarga Kreatif JATI” creative cooking
competition in conjunction with the 25th anniversary of JATI. The winning design will become
the official logo for “Keluarga Kreatif JATI” creative cooking competition.
- The competition opens on March 1 and closes on April 1 2019.

Eligibility

- The competition is only open to residents of Malaysia.

Entry Submission

- Only ONE entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be
disqualified.
- The entries must be submitted as a scalable vector graphic in PDF / JPG format, as well as the
description of design (no more than 300 words).
- Entries of scanned or photographed hand-drawn works will not be accepted.
- All submitted work must be the original work of the entrant and must not include, be based on, or
derived from any pre-existing or third-party designs, trademarks, or copyrighted images.
- Entries must be submitted via email to kkj@malaysiarice.com by April 1, 2019. Late
submission will not be accepted.
- An entry form must also be completed.

Prizes and Awards

Grand Award (1 winner): Cash Prize of RM 1,500 + 2-year free supply of 10kg bag of JATI Rice

Finalists (5 winners) : Cash Prize of RM 200 + 1-year free supply of 10kg bag of JATI Rice

- Subject to the submission guidelines, the winning designs will be announced on April 15 2019.
- All prizes given out by JATI are non-transferable and winners may not exchange the prize for
other goods or services.

General

- All entries will become the property of JATI. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees that any
and all intellectual property rights in the logo design are deemed assigned to JATI.
- JATI reserves the right to modify the winning logo to better fit the needs of the Initiative.
- Decision made by the panel of judges shall be final. Any objection of the participants will not be
considered.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/ her agreement to be bound by these
terms and conditions.

I have read and understood all competition terms and conditions and agree to abide by Serba
Wangi Sdn. Bhd.. I hereby certify that the submitted artwork is an original and unpublished work.
I understand and agree that submitted artwork becomes the property of Serba Wangi Sdn. Bhd.
and may be modified and distributed in any medium.
