“My teacher, my hero” this is the only known passage we always read and

saw every time teachers were praise for their efforts and commitments in their
job. We the pre-service teachers and the SSG officers together with Mr. Edsel
Alotaya, the SSG adviser, prepared an opening program for the Bontocanon
teachers. The SSG president present a prayer for teachers, and short thanks giving
program. Every Monday, teacher prayer will be read during flag ceremony.

On October 4, 2018, we the pre-service teachers and students prepare a

short yet unforgettable program for them. We does not only prepared foods for
snack but also nonsense questions to be asked for their Q&A. In this time, I’m so
glad to see how enjoyable and blessed a teacher is. We prepare a simple obstacle
race, its not only for them to face the challenge, but it also serve as way of
explanation how a teacher work personally and professionally. Balloons, flowers,
messages and cakes were given to the teachers.

This time, we thought that only the real teacher were surprised but without
our knowing, our students also prepare something special for us to remember.
During this day, I finally decided that I want to be a teacher no matter what, not
only to know new friends but also to touch every individual’s heart.
