Chronic Abdominal Pain & Constipation 03523...

An 8-year-old girl had been suffering from abdominal pain for three years. This was a dull
pain that fluctuated during the day but increased at night. Some nights she would roll around
on the floor due to the severity of the pain. In spite of hospital tests, doctors were unable to
identify the cause. For the past 11 months she had also been suffering from constipation and
was taking allopathic medication for this. On 24 March 2015 she was given:

After one week the mother said that there had been a slight improvement of 10% in the pain.
After one month, the intervals between episodes of pain were much longer and the

At present, September 2015, the girl suffers from pains occasionally, about once a fortnight,

The patient's mother's comments:

In May 2012 our daughter, who was then 5 years old, started to get severe abdominal pain.
She was getting the pain nearly every day and for most of the day. This continued for many
