It is always a pleasure to acknowledge the agency where I am deployed, for their sincere guidance I
received to uphold my skills during my training session in the Landbank of the Philippines Lending
Center.

First of all, thanks to my parents for giving encouragement, enthusiasm and invaluable assistance to me.
Without all this, I might not be able to complete this subject properly.

Second, to our dean of CBEA Dr. Maria Josefa Taguinod and to our coordinator Mr Melvin M. Mora for
giving us opportunity to undergo industrial training. I choose this moment to acknowledge their
contribution gratefully.

Thirdly, I want also to express my deepest thanks to Mr. Esel Alvarez and Mr. Jovito M. Camayang as
industry training advisory for Financial Management that has help me a lot in dealing with industrial
training placement. They had supported me by showing different methods of financing operations. They
helped all time when we needed and they gave right direction toward completion of project.

And of course to Almighty God who granted me health and precious life, without which I could not have
