Prone  abduct B hips  B knees 90˚ flex 
abduct  inc abduction = contracture of gracilis
Popliteal angle test/90-90 SLR Hams tightness
=20˚ of full ext from 90-90 Supine  hip and knee flex 90˚  ext knees  if
angle is <125˚ = + hams tightness
