INQUEST RESOLUTION

This is an inquest case for Robbery with Homicide under Art. 295 of the Revised
Penal Code filed against respondent, Rodolfo B. Perez.

The respondent was lawfully arrested without a warrant pursuant to Section 5, Rule 113 of
the Revised Rules of Criminal Procedure, and complainant’s evidence is sufficient to hold
respondent for trial in court for the crime of Robbery with Homicide.

Circumspect evolution of the records will show that the evidence presented by
complainant is sufficient to prove the charge against respondent considering that the
affidavits of the complainants and the apprehending police officers did narrate important
details that will show the facts of how the crime of Robbery with Homicide was committed,
as well as when the Robbery with Homicide was committed and where it was committed.

WHEREFORE, in view of the sufficient evidence presented, the instant charge for
ROBBERY WITH HOMICIDE against RODOLFO B. PEREZ is hereby CONFIRMED.

The apprehending officers are hereby directed to remain in custody of the

respondent and correspondingly be charged in court.
