Does the website move a typical user to share his contact details or call us (you
can do a test among your friends). How can we improve the lead generation?

Ans. The TAPMI CEL website moves a user to share his/her contact details when
the user clicks on the “Speak to our experts” button on the CEL homepage or the
“Contact Us” tab within the menu. However, the “Apply Now” tile in the menu and
“Apply Online” button under the three courses on the homepage do not direct the
user to the required pages. The user has to navigate to the menu on top right and
then select the “Browse Courses” tab to actually land to the targeted page. The
second way to reach there is by clicking on the “Learn More” tab under each of
the course details section present the homepage.

From there, the user will again have to select the “Apply Now” tab. So, more
number of clicks are required to reach an important page which would capture
important user details and the navigation is not very user-friendly.

Lead generation can be improved in the following ways:

 Direct engagement such as Live chat option or a “Ask any query” pop-up
on the bottom right corner where the user can easily drop any question that
they have and get them clarified soon
 Testimonials from existing executive students and industry stalwarts could
be included on the home-page which would help to attract new leads
 Optimize the website by updating the non-functional tiles and making them
functional
 Reduce the number of clicks required to land on the “apply online” page
