RE: Accounting and Judicial Settlement of Estate of

___________________________
Greetings:

I write in behalf of my client ________________________________________ with principal

address at ________________________________________________, regarding the accounting
and settlement of estate of her deceased father. My Client ________________________, is the
acknowledged illegitimate child of the late _________________ who died last _____________,
leaving several properties without a will.

My client wanted to claim her share which she believed she is entitled, as her father died without
a will, then the rules on intestacy will apply as provided under the law to wit;

Under the rules of intestacy, if illegitimate children survive with

legitimate children, the share of an illegitimate child shall consist of
one-half of the share of a legitimate child (Article 983, Civil Code in
relation to Article 176, Family Code).

Thus, as my client was acknowledged by her late father ____________________, as his

illegitimate daughter and as provided for by the law, my client is therefore, entitled to the estate
of the deceased _________________________ and wanted to have the estate extra judicially
settled.

With this, we are asking for your kind cooperation to account the estate and have it extra
judicially settled among all the heirs including my client.

I trust that this will merit a favorable response from you.

Very truly yours,
