Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer

Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer

Had a very shiny nose
And if you ever saw it
You would even say it glows
All of the other reindeer
Used to laugh and call him names
They never let poor Rudolph
Join in any reindeer games

Then one foggy Christmas Eve

Santa came to say:
"Rudolph with your nose so bright
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"
Then how the reindeer loved him.
As they shouted out with glee:
"Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer
You'll go down in history"

Rudolph has got his red nose

in the Reindeer Hall of Fame.
Rudolph the red nosed-baby
of the little reindeer days!
Rudolph the North-Pole big-shot
rides around in Santa's sleigh,
Wearing a green fedora -
wearin' a big smile all day!

'Cos one foggy Christmas Eve

Santa came to say:
"Rudolph with your nose so bright
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"
Then how the reindeer loved him.
As they shouted out with glee:
"Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer
You'll go down in history"

This story has a moral

anyone can plainly see:
Just keep your red nose a-gleamin'
(and) You'll go down in history
Jingle Bells

Dashing through the snow,

In a one-horse open sleigh,
O’er the fields we go,
Laughing all the way;
Bells on bobtail ring,
Making spirits bright;
What fun it is to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight.

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,

Oh, what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh.
Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,
Oh, what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh.

Little Donkey

Little donkey, little donkey,

On the dusty road.
Got to keep on plodding onwards,
with your precious load.
Been a long time, little donkey,
Through the winter’s night.
Don’t give up now, little donkey,
Bethlehem’s in sight.

Ring out those bells tonight,

Bethlehem, Bethlehem.
Follow that start tonight,
Bethlehem, Bethlehem.
Little donkey, little donkey,
Had a heavy day.
Little donkey, carry Mary
safely on her way.

Little donkey, little donkey,

On the dusty road.
There are wise men, waiting for a
Sign to bring them here.
Do not falter, little donkey,
There’s a star ahead.
It will guide you, little donkey,
To a cattle shed. Chorus
Silent Night

Silent night! Holy night! All is calm all is bright

Round yon virgin mother and child Holy infant so tender and mild
Sleep in heavenly peace! Sleep in heavenly peace!

Silent night! Holy night! Shepherds quake at the sight

Glories stream from heaven afar Heavenly hosts sing Hallelujah
Christ the Saviour is born! Christ the Saviour is born!

Silent night! Holy night! Son of God love's pure light

Radiant beams from thy holy face With the dawn of redeeming grace
Jesus lord at thy birth! Jesus lord at thy birth!

We Three Kings

1. We three kings of Orient are;

Bearing gifts we traverse afar;
Field and fountain, moor and mountain,
Following yonder star;

O, star of wonder, star of night,

Star with royal beauty bright,
Westward leading still proceeding,
Guide us to thy perfect light.

2. Born a king on Bethlehem plain, 4. Myrrh is mine; its bitter perfume

Gold I bring, to crown him again – Breathes a life of gathering gloom,
King for ever, ceasing never, Sorrowing, sighing, bleeding, dying,
Over us all to reign Sealed in the stone-cold tomb:
Chorus Chorus

3. Frankincense to offer have I; 5. Glorious now, behold him arise;

Incense owns a Deity nigh: King, and God, and sacrifice.
Prayer and praising, all men raising, Heaven sings alleluia,
Worship him, God most high: Alleluya the earth replies:
Chorus Chorus
Away in a manger

Away in a manger, No crib for a bed,

The little Lord Jesus, Lay down his sweet head.
The stars in the bright sky, Looked down where he lay
The little Lord Jesus, Asleep on the hay.

The cattle a-lowing, the baby awakes;

But little Lord Jesus, No crying he makes.
I love thee, Lord Jesus, Look down from the sky,
And stay by my bedside, ‘til morning is nigh.

Be near me Lord Jesus, I ask thee to stay,

Close by me for ever, and love me I pray.
Bless all the dear children, in thy tender care,
And fit us for heaven, to live with thee there.

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN

You better watch out, you'd better not cry,

you'd better not pout, I'm telling you why,
Santa Claus is coming to town.
He's making a list and checking it twice,
gonna find out who's naughty and nice, Santa Claus is coming to town.

He sees you when you're sleeping, and he knows when you're awake
he knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake. Oh
you'd better watch out, you'd better not cry,
you'd better not pout I'm telling you why, Santa Claus is coming to town.

With little tin horns and little toy drums,

with root-ti-toot-toots and rummy-tum-tums.
Santa Claus is coming to town.
And curley-haired dolls that cuddle and coo,
elephants, boats and kiddy-cars too.
Santa Claus is coming to town.

He sees you when you're sleeping, and he knows when you're awake
he knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake. Oh
you'd better watch out, you'd better not cry,
you'd better not pout I'm telling you why, Santa Claus is coming to town.
