Introduction
We all know that we are more and more concerned about healthy
food and not about e-mail. There are already more places or shops in
the world where you can find non-toxic or unhealthy foods. Not
always cheap and not always regular, but at the same time not
everything that is expensive is healthy. The places where we find
them are small businesses, which have to repay their investments,
which do not allow large stocks and as frequent as in the
supermarket and which have not given much promotion, but can only
something local and in the meantime. to all pockets. Many of them
still struggle to become known. I think it is in everyone's interest that
healthy food survive, so we should all contribute.
What does organic food really mean to make the best choices for
our health and our family? It can be said in a nutshell that organic
foods are foods that have been grown ecologically, ie without the use
of pesticides, chemicals, artificial additives, hormones and antibiotics.
We invite you to choose from a wide range of organic products:
staple foods, baby products, bees, whole grains, teas, sweets and
sweets, pasta. At the end you can enjoy a glass of organic wine, all at
a good price! Later, we introduced the raw vegan section as well as
organic seaweed or organic seeds.

Food is the area where the most serious mistakes are made,
scientists say. As we know the contemporary man feeds in an
unhealthy way, he eats poorly and much, quantitatively. This is how
one person in two suffers from overweight, obesity (which means
actually exceeding more than 10% of normal weight). The excess
weight has an adverse effect on the bone system and the motor
apparatus, especially on the lower part of the human body.
Statistics show that over 35% of obese people die from liver
disease or diabetes. Also, in the case of obese people, problems can
occur much larger than those of normal weight in the case of surgical
interventions.
The biggest mistake made in the field of nutrition is regarding the
excessive absorption of carbohydrates, which are devoid of nutritional
value and found in: sugar, sweets, flour, alcoholic beverages. These
are practically transformed by the body into fat deposits.
It is said that the obese are inside a vicious circle. Nowadays fat is
no longer in vogue, and the media thus presents a contradictory
picture of the lifestyle of an obese person. This is confronted, more or
less, with psycho-social stress, and the reaction is, in general, to eat
more and more consistently. Many people, especially women, take
weight loss medicines, which have the effect of effectively lowering
their appetite, acting as a laxative. Permanent use of medicines of
any kind creates dependence and disrupts the metabolism of water
and salts in the body, thus causing edema, kidneys being affected,
psychiatric disorders and heart rhythms occur. All these types of
restrictive weight loss treatments have the great disadvantage that
the person does not learn how to replace their unhealthy nutrition with
healthy eating modes, so most regain their old weight only a few
weeks after the end of the diet, they are more unbalanced than from
this point of view.
The dissociated diet proposes an effective alternative, in the longer
term, but which aim to reduce the weight through the so-called
prevention of the person of certain unhealthy foods. This also means
that some foods fit better than others. If the foods that do not fit
together are consumed, a short-term digestive disorder occurs, first
forming a so-called bloating, then an enlargement of the digestive
organs. If gastric juices only process one type of food, then digestion
is much simpler.
For example, green vegetables that contain starch are good for
meat, because the latter can be digested in an alkaline environment,
as opposed to meat that needs an acidic environment.
It is important to separate the carbohydrate proteins, which is
practically not possible 100%, but if you manage to reduce to two
thirds of the food is really good. Most low calorie foods are
vegetables, fruits and spices and are high in mineral salts, vitamins,
low in protein and carbohydrates, and their caloric content will be 90
calories per 100 grams. Consuming them regularly produces a
negative caloric effect, which results in weight loss.Basil, thyme, dill,
garlic, parsley, mint, sage, thyme, cumin, juniper besides the fact that
it greatly improves the taste of the food, contributes to the process of
fat digestion and elimination, so it is considered to be on the side of
healthy foods.Any fruits like:
pineapple, lemon, apple, cranberry, cherry, pear play a role in protein
destruction. Also a healthy food is a fresh, varied food, rich in vital
substances, alkaline, with many vitamins, with mineral salts and trace
elements.
It is advisable that three times a week no meat is consumed, this
being replaced with soy preparations which would help the body in
terms of a healthy diet. Also the daily needs of amino acids can be
covered by consuming 100 gr. whole wheat or bark rice. Fresh
vegetables will be consumed, which contain bioactive vegetable
substances (glucosinolates, flavonaids) such as: potatoes, lentils,
peas, green beans, cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, cereal flakes, whole
grain bread, gray, unhusked rice, harvested wheat or wheat germ.
The researchers claim that bioactive substances destroy free
radicals that are responsible for the evolution of cancer.
Sometimes food it is recommended that has frozen or boild.
Only natural vegetable fats, butter, margarine or cold pressed
oil will be consumed. Foods with a high content of candy (a metal that
is harmful to health and which causes kidney damage) will be
avoided, such as: forest mushrooms, pig organs, liver paste.
When preparing food, be careful to boil them more than
necessary, because they destroy the nutrients. At the same time,
care should be taken with foods with fries and sauces, as they are not
healthy at all.
The best thing is that the food is prepared by steaming, often boiling
in water or grilling, while preserving its taste and proteins, color and
nutritional value.
Other clarifications made by the researchers would be that some
rules must be observed regarding how we eat healthy: - eat slowly,
having enough time to consume food, without stress, without
interruptions, in a calm atmosphere;- a fruit, to reduce the hunger
sensation, increasing the satiety; - eat on saturated, but no more,
even if the food is very tasty; - also eat at fixed times; - do not skip
meals or replace the table with a slice of bread with butter; - it chews
well and well, before being swallowed, to ease the work of the
stomach; - after 18 hours, no protein-rich meals are consumed,
difficult to digest, and 2 hours before bed, nothing is eaten exactly; - it
is therefore recommended to divide the 3 main meals into smaller
quantities, in 5-6 meals per day if possible; - it is only eaten when the
hunger sensation appears; - do not eat much, the food portions to be
moderate; - it is advisable to keep the job one day a week, to
eliminate toxins and rest the organs. During the fast it would be
preferable to drink plenty of liquids, plain water, natural fruit juices,
teas, about 2-3 liters. per day; - in the evening, before bedtime you
can drink a cup of warmed milk not very hot, possibly sweetened with
honey bees or sweetener not with direct sugar, or a cup of tea from
medicinal plants (linden, ring, onion, cherry tails, chamomile).

Conclusion
In conclusion, the food is healthy as long as it is kept in favorable
conditions or is prepared as appropriate, at the temperature or in its
favorable combination.
