Our Goal is to create a new trend in the field of furniture making

with a touch of Art thereby giving a chance for more people to have
jobs and learn a new trade from an Artist’s view while filling the
demand of the market.

The expertise we gain from years being exposed to furniture

making and with addition of my father’s knowledge in art is our key to
the eventual success we would like to gain.

We have started our furniture business 2 years earlier and the

idea of introducing Art to Furniture making has enhanced my eagerness
to expand more with the vision of entering the field of export in the
future .
 Market

Our markets are the existing furniture stores and home decor
deals with the addition of interior designers and architects we are
acquitted with.

Demand

The supply of furniture at present is seemingly low and we intend

to fill up with the addition of art to it, would open the door for us to
command the price on our terms.

Technical Aspect

We are operating in roughly 4m x 5m area which we rent 4 milling

machine units ( table circular saw, bandsaw, drill and table planer , all of
which are stationary mounted ) with a number of power hand tools and
with a plan of course to add more machines we will need

We have 1 unit Isuzu type utility vehicle for delivery and 1 unit of Suzuki
motorcycle for service.

At our present term with our workers in relation to production payment

is on piece work basis. Our output depends on the materials we supply,
which is way we apply for additional capital to lope with the increasing
demand of furniture products we sell.

Request for a long term loan

We are in the process of reverting our furniture production

business to artwork and high end furniture production shop at 665
Bagumbong Road, Caloocan City

We need an additional capital of P 1.2M to start our artwork

production and sustain possible orders.

The outlook of this artwork business we want to start is 100%

positive considering that this is the first of its kind in the commercial
field and it is proudly Filipino.

Enclosed herewith are pictures of finished artwork and some high

end furniture we would like to produce.
