Sirs,

1. We, the undersigned, having examined the Instructions to Tenderers, Drawings, Conditions of
Contract, Specifications and Bills of Quantities for the construction, completion and maintenance of
the above mentioned Works, offer to execute the whole of the said Works in conformity with the said
Drawings, Conditions of Contract, Specifications and Bills of Quantities, without any qualification
whatsoever, for the

3. We undertake, if our Tender Proposal is accepted, to sign the Contract Agreement as and when
requested to do so and to commence the Works on Site immediately upon receipt by us of a notice,
in writing, from the Project Manager, to do so and thereafter to comply faithfully with the schedule
and requirements of the Contract.

4. We further undertake, if our Tender Proposal is accepted, to complete and deliver the whole of the
Works comprised in the Contract within the times included in the Instructions to Tenderers including
the mobilization period.

5. We agree to abide by this Tender Proposal for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening
of the same and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the
expiration of that period.

6. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any Tender Proposal you may
receive and we acknowledge that all costs and expenses incurred by us in connection with the
preparation of our Tender Proposal are to be borne entirely by us.
