Writing Task 1

The given graph provides information about the number of males and females workers in
1975 and 1995 in different employment sectors of the Republic of Fredonia.

The main overview is the difference between 1975 & 1995 of the employment of six working
sectors.

As we can see in 1975 the number of females workers and males have equal employment share in
manufacturing sectors. On the other hand while females have the highest employment share
compared to men in communication, whole sale & retail trade, public non- defence sector .
Whereas the number of male workers have highest numbers of workers compared to women in
banking sector. In contrast the numbers of workers men and women has lowest share in public
defence sector.

In 1995, the number of male workers drastically increased in whole sale & retail trade sector
compared to previous 20years. Moreover, there is increase in communication sector by male
workers and there is a declined in banking sector. On the other hand the number of female workers
has a huge increase in Finance sector and declined in wholesale retail trade sector.
