1. Details Design Engineering for Expansion, modification and revamp of Chevron blending facility,
storage facility and decanting area at Karachi, Pakistan. This expansion and modification project
includes addition of instrumentation & process control system (PCS) for the revamped facilities and
integration of existing system with the new PCS.
Major Responsibilities:
 Preparation of project specifications, Scope of work and Tender documents for Instrumentation
Works.
 Design Review and installation supervision of Yokogawa Centum VP DCS system.
 Assist vendor in migration of existing instrument loops from existing PLC to new Yokogawa PCS.

2. Detail Design Engineering for Installation of LPG Recovery Plant, Compressors and Allied Facilities
at Nashpa Field in Pakistan. The NASHPA plant is designed to produce 373 Tonne/Day LPG, 90
MMSCFD of Sales Gas and 16800 Barrel/day of Stabilized Condensate.
Major Responsibilities:
 Preparation of specifications, Scope of work and Tender documents EPC contractor
 Selection and procurement assistance for all Instrumentation & Process control system
equipments.
 Design Review and FAT for Honeywell C300 DCS System
 Supervision of pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.
3. Detail design engineering of gas processing facility, to process raw gas from various oil & gas fields
of (OGDCL) in Pakistan. The gas processing facility shall treat 250 MMSCFD raw gas, 5058 bbls/day
condensate and 413 MT/day LPG.

Major Responsibilities:
 Prepared specifications, Scope of work and Tender documents for DCS, ESD PLC, SCADA / RTU
and Instrumentation system.
 Preparation of Bid evaluation report for status of Bidder’s compliance to Tender document.
 Integration of packaged equipment into overall system design.
 Supervision of construction and pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.
 Attended HAZOP and SIL study sessions.
 Attended Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of Sales gas metering, Instrument air Compressor and
