AFFIDAVIT OF HEIR

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared Tina Vaughn,

hereinafter “Affiant”, who after being duly sworn, states as follows:

1. The Affiant is an adult resident citizen of Shelby County, Memphis, Tennessee.

She is over the age of 21 and is competent to testify in this matter.

2. The Affiant is the daughter of Estella Vaughn, deceased.

3. Estella Vaughn died on October 30, 2014.

4. No executor or administrator has been appointed by a Court of competent

jurisdiction regarding the probate or administration of Estella Vaughn’s estate.
