    Terms & conditions

    1. The knitter is bound to meet the given specification. Any deviation will not be acceptable.
    2. Credit period will be 30 days after invoice submission.
    3. Final delivery not be hold due to payment.
    4. 2% wastage allowed.
    5. Balance yarn will be returned with last fabric delivery, if yarn qty. is over than 30 bags knitter
    will return full cones no baby cones will be acceptable.
    6. Knitter will inform immediately our fabrication manager if any yarn concerning problem occurs.

    Quality assurance

    1. Knitting holes should not be more than 4 in every 20 KG.


    2. Knitting lines/broken, needle lines, sinker lines, oil spots, press off will not be acceptable.
    3. Knitter will provide FIR with bulk delivery.
