➢ Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 90 minutes from the touch down of the flight
➢ Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 20 minutes for Private & 05 Minutes for SIC
➢ For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 48 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability
➢ UH is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or any valuables left unattended in our vehicles. Please take good care of your personal

➢ Any last-minute cancellation is NO RFEFUNDABLE.

A Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night will be levied for all foreign tourists staying at hotel, as per the Malaysia Tourism Tax Act 2017. The tourism tax amount
is not included in room rate and it will be collected from guests direct at check-in

With reference to Trade By-Laws under the Local Government Act 1976 of the Government of Kedah Darul Aman,
hotel guests are committed to Tourism Fees of RM3.00 per room per night for stays at Holiday Villa Langkawi as determined and imposed by the Municipal Council of
Langkawi, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check-in.
Effective 1st June 2014
The Municipal Council of Penang Island will be imposing a RM3nett per room per night fee payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
