Logistic costs may vary depending on the criteria of each company, since in some inventories and
the cost of merchandise acquired are taken into account.

It also affects the rise of oil, to reduce the cost we must take into account the packaging of the
product the smaller the more economic the logistics cost and the more volume of merchandise we
can transport.

logistics costs do not have much to do with the costs of the productive or commercial process, but
they do have to do with the service levels set; this means that they can grow or decrease with respect
to the cost of production because they are independent of them. That is to say, they tend to impact
much more on the products of lower added value than on the higher value products, always
obviously at the same or similar levels of service.

The Physical Distribution is the one that helps us to find the most adequate solution to bring the
right amount of product from its origin to the right place, in the necessary time and at the minimum
possible cost and it helps us that the logistic cost is lower and all our products arrive safely to our
client.

The logistic cost is composed of the cost of storage (logistics operators, warehouses, leases and
investments, associated technologies, cost of labeling, surveillance and insurance) and the cost of
transport (primary and secondary transport, associated technologies, information systems and GPS,
escorts, transport insurance and monitoring)
