JAIL VISIT

The name of the accused is Mr. Michael Kenneth D. Lamonte, 23 years old,

and a resident of Brgy. Tubod, Iligan City.

The crime charged is “illegal use of uniforms or insignia” violating Article 179

of the Revised Penal Code. Accused Michael Lamonte pretended to be a policeman

by wearing a policeman’s uniform he got from a friend and acted like one. He was

with his friends and is apparently drunk when he was caught. He was then brought
