PAYMENT & DELIVERY TERMS:

50% with the puchase order, and 50% with the advise that the materialis ready for delivery.
Terms of payment are valid only for a Purchase Order for the complate list of items above.
In the event order is for partial list of items, tems of payment would have to be reviewed.
Once this order is placed the cancellation charges would be for the full amount of the purchase order.
Only wire transfer or cashier's check will be accepted. Wire fee to be paid by sender. Cashier's check to be mailed at our PO BOX address.
In the event of a purchase order, Houston International Equipment, Inc. will count and certify that all material is genuine and complete.
Once the material leaves our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for any claims regarding quantity or any other related issue.

Deliveries offered herein are an estimate only and are based upon material availability and manufacturing capacity at time of quotation and are

the order is entered for production, and will not accept penalty charges based on estimated deivery promises.
