Article 1810-1719 WHERE WERE WE?

We have learned in our previous discussion the different property rights of a partner in the partnership
as stipulated in article 1810. First is his right in the specific partnership property. Second is his right in the
interest in the partnership and to participate in the management. Each partner has an equal right with
his co-partners to possess specific partnership property for partnership purposes. However, a partners
right in specific partnership property is not assignable, nor can be attached/executed and is not sbuject
to legal support so as to reserve for payment of partnership liabilities. .
