English project synopsis

The so called global language

Language is the primary method of communication between human beings
and the survival of the several civilizations. English being the universal
language which is almost spoken in all region of the world traces its origin from
the Anglo Frisian dialects. The region owing to this language formation is Great
Britain and the period was around 5th-7thcentury. Geoffrey Chaucer is known as
the father of English literature. The major reason for the spread of the English
language throughout this is due to the British colonialism. Another big reason
for its dispersal is the trade and commerce and the most major industries
around the world led out by the English speaking nations.

The language has formed its own script and structure drawing sources from
several other language such as German (26%) ,Greek(6%),French (29%)
,Latin(29%) and other few languages (10%). Unlike any other language, English
has a special significance of its difference in different regions of the world such
as Scottish English, Midland English, Asian English and several others. These
differences owe its reason to different geographical position across the globe.

English not only has its impact on global communication ,but also on t6he
culture of different society , trade ,commerce ,art ,architecture and several
other factors. This particular language which has played a major role in
relations between nations, business and trade and also the lives of many lives
is all our project is about.
