Activity:
Post installed Telematic systems (COTEL) don't function.

Cause:
The COTEL-interface is not active.

Solution:
Activate COTEL by means of the STAR-DIAGNOSE.
Activate interface "KOM" in "GM".
Activate interface "KOM" in "INS".
Check parameter 1525 in "GM-Fahrzeug konfiguration".
Perform a short test.
Set COTEL to AKTIV in KOM.
Perform once more a short test.

Connect Telematic System to X5 on GM.

CAN-FMS High= X5 6/2
CAN-FMS Low= X5 6/5

COTEL functions according the FMS-standard.
