 Carry out and maintain bottleneck studies on process and end of line across all sites.
 Create and maintain common KPIs across all factories for supply chain and operations.
 Support Engineers and Project Managers with relevant Information for capital solutions.
 Create OEE base reporting standard and maintain its system.
 Resourceful in obtaining: information from the MRP/ERP system for raw material and batching systems, Set
up utility reporting across sites and CMMS system.
 Work closely at all levels of the organisation to ensure analysis and visual management aid is supporting the
day to day operation making the information readily available and visible.
 High-Level continuous improvement projects are identified and driven for execution through the right
departments.
 Develop, configure and optimise industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
 Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes utilizing IT and site resources.
1. Process Engineering  Carry out and maintain bottleneck studies on process and end of line
across all sites.

 Research engineering aspects of processes.
 Develop technical methods or processes.

 Conduct validation tests of equipment or processes.
2. Stakeholder Management  Work closely with more senior staff on projects.
 Work alongside the factory to safely and efficiently industrialise new
processes and designs.
 Supervise plant operations.
3. Project Management  Liaise with installation/project engineers and specialists to ensure major
capital projects deliverables.
 Consider safety and environmental issues.
 Scheduling and coordinate work to tight deadlines and within financial
budgets.

Health, Safety and Cooperate with Management to:


Environment  Provide and maintain systems of work and working environments that
are safe and without risks to health.
 Provide the information, instruction, training and supervision necessary
to ensure the health and safety of employees.
 Consult with employees about OHS matters so that they can contribute
to decisions affecting their health, safety and welfare.
 Ensure the health and safety of people visiting or working who are not
employees by not exposing them to risk.
 Comply with corporate and legal health and safety requirements.
 Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviours and immediately
notify the Manager of any serious incidents; complete and Incident /
Injury Report and forward to Human Resources within 48 hours where
necessary.
 Undertake duties in accordance with the current RPFC Policies and
Procedures.
