The Society of Mechanical Engineering Students were
established to satisfy the educational needs of Mechanical
Engineering Students and to help the visualized the future work
of their chosen profession. It is also founded to develop
capable students of the department to become nationalist leader
who will organize activities for the students.

In this connection, we would like to ask permission from your

celebration of Mechanical Engineering Department Days this
coming January 11 and 12, 2018. Activities which are related
to our chosen field of endevour are included in this event.
Some of these are the Machine Design Contest (Assembly of
Simple Machine), Tagisang Mekanikal (Quiz Bee), Himig
Mekanikal (Battle of the bands), ME Amazing Race, Parlor
Games and Basketball Tournament which will be until 6pm of
the second day.

In line with this, we would like to ask permission from your

good office to utilized the University Gymnasium, which will
be needed for the Opening Program on January 11, 2018 from
7:30 am to 5:00 pm and on January 12, 2017 from 7:30 am to
6:00 pm. and to request 200 chairs and 5 tables coming from
the University Food Center that will be used in the said days.

Policy” will be implemented. The finances which were earned
