Greetings of peace!

It is our honor to express our pride in winning the regional competition for logics and
breadboarding in the 2nd ICpEP Regional Convention and 4th Regional CpE Student Challenge
held last September 12, 2019 at Ateneo de Zamboanga University, Zamboanga City.

With that said, we will represent our institution, more so, the regional chapter of ICpEP Region
IX in 2019 ICpEP General Assembly, 1st International Research Conference on Computer
Applications, Innovations, Technologies and Engineering (IRCCAITE), 2019 National
Convention and 2019 National CpE Challenge on November 26-29, 2019 at City state Asturias
Hotel, South National Highway, Tiniguiban Heights, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan with its
theme “Addressing Challenges in Data Privacy and Cyber Security: Respecting Privacy,
Safeguarding Data and Enabling Trust.”

This event aims to gather all Computer Engineering professionals, and update participants on
the latest/future trends in the industry. It also aims to share quality research outputs of
Computer Engineers in an international research conference and to enhance competencies of
Computer Engineering students through various competitions, which we are to join as
representatives of Region IX.

The following student representatives are:

1. Steffany Lorence F. Amin, 5th Year

2. Alen Troy R. Estrada, 5th Year
3. Ethen Dwight S. Torres, 5th Year

In light with this, we are hoping to ask solicitation from you to aid some of the expenses of the
representatives. The expenses are the following: round-trip plane tickets Zamboanga-Manila-
Palawan and vice versa, registration fee, accommodation, and food allowance that would entail
an estimated amount stated on the Breakdown of Projected Expenses. The said sponsorship

will be of huge relief to the representatives. Any amount will be of great help to make this
vision possible.
