DHUA CHICKEN

Ingredients:
List 1:
 1kg Chicken
 1 tsp ginger paste
 1 tsp garlic paste
 1 tsp green chili paste
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 2 tsp kasuri methi
 2 tsp chaat masala
 2 tsp red chili powder
 1 tsp roasted gram flour (besan)
 2 tsp red chili powder (for color)
 2 tsp chili flakes
 2 tsp jeera powder
 2 tsp black pepper powder
 2 tsp chicken powder/ 1 chicken cube

List 2
 1 tbsp soya sauce
 ½ cup fried onion
 ½ cup curd
 ¼ tsp red color + 1tbsp water

List 3
 Oil 4 to 6 tbsp
 3 slices of bell pepper
 2 green chilies
 Curry leaves

List 4
 Coal
 Curry leaves
 Green chilies

Procedure:
1. Wash 1 kg chicken
2. Mix the list 1 ingredients well
3. Mix all the ingredients of list 2 (at this stage you can keep it in the fridge)
4. Heat oil put bell peppers, green chilies from list 3 and chicken and mix well
5. Cook for 20 mins
6. Heat coal
7. Put coal on a oil add curry leaves and green chilies from list 4 and pour oil on the coal
and cover it for around 1 min.

Your Dhua Chicken is all ready
