Ingredients:
List 1:
1kg Chicken
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chili paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp kasuri methi
2 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp roasted gram flour (besan)
2 tsp red chili powder (for color)
2 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp jeera powder
2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp chicken powder/ 1 chicken cube
List 2
1 tbsp soya sauce
½ cup fried onion
½ cup curd
¼ tsp red color + 1tbsp water
List 3
Oil 4 to 6 tbsp
3 slices of bell pepper
2 green chilies
Curry leaves
List 4
Coal
Curry leaves
Green chilies

Procedure:
1. Wash 1 kg chicken
2. Mix the list 1 ingredients well
3. Mix all the ingredients of list 2 (at this stage you can keep it in the fridge)
4. Heat oil put bell peppers, green chilies from list 3 and chicken and mix well
5. Cook for 20 mins
6. Heat coal
7. Put coal on a oil add curry leaves and green chilies from list 4 and pour oil on the coal
and cover it for around 1 min.
