Ref: 1. OTCN RAD MSG CITE NR 459-10-12 dated 19 October 2012.

1. The Chief Nurse AFP and party will conduct a staff visit at the different Military
Treatment Facility (MTFs) within Western Mindanao area to include Naval Forces
Western Mindanao Medical Dispensary on 07-09 November 2012.

2. ITC, request availability of Three (3) rooms at Transient Officers’ Quarters for Three
(3) days for the accommodation of The Chief Nurse, AFP and her party .

3. For favorable approval.
