1. This Office will hold its Color Run-Walk Series 2 Activity on December 17,
2022 at about 5:00 o’clock in the morning at Oval Plaza, General Santos City with a
Theme: “Takbo para sa Modernong Piitan”.

2. In connection with the above, the undersigned respectfully asking for the
availability of drone and drone operator during the said fruitful activity. This is to
enhance documentation of the said activity.

SUBJECT : Color Run-Walk Series 2

1. This Office will hold its Color Run-Walk Series 2 Activity on December 17,
2022 at about 5:00 o’clock in the morning at Oval Plaza, General Santos City with a
Theme: “Takbo para sa Modernong Piitan”. Proceeds of the said activity will be used for
the procurement of Solar Lights and Improvement of ALS Classroom.

2. In view of the foregoing, we would like to invite your teachers and students
to join the said charitable event. Registration Fee are as follows:

400 Php (Includes event T-shirt, Certificate, Race Number and Food)
100 Php (Includes Certificates, Race Number and Food)
