I. Authority
1. Reference: Implementation of Skills Training PROGRAM.

II. Chronological Order of Events

2. Respectfully be informed that through the guidance of the undersigned,

J01 Alunday, Skills Training Officer facilitated the conduct of Skills Training on Bleach
Making which was participated by 10 female PDL.

3. Finished products will be ready to use after 3 days processing period

from preparation for chemicals to be properly mixed. This activity transfers skills from
personnel to the PDL in preparation for their reintegration into the mainstream of
society.

III. Observations
4. The PDL showed appreciation to the effort of this unit in helping them
earn a living while in detention and gained skills for their employment upon release.

IV. Recommendation
5. Further encourage other PDL to join in any relative activity to help
them acquire skills and knowledge on livelihood projects.
