(OJT).

CHAPTER I – INTRODUCTION
It has been seven weeks attributing my time to the Callbox Inc. Iloilo City to undergo my On-
the Job Training (OJT). It is an opportunity for me as a student to apply my skills and knowledge that
I have learned from school. It is also a big help for me to obtain applicable knowledge and skills by
performing in actual work setting.
For me as a student, this On-the Job Training (OJT) will give me one of a kind experience
and to learn more about my work and my Job as BSIT in the future. On-the Job training (OJT) is very
important because it teaches us in our chosen career and to show us the reality about working.

CHAPTER II – COMPANY PROFILE
Callbox was founded by American engineers who both shared the view that the
Philippines is on the verge of entering the global market, not just as medical professionals but
as domestically-based professional business people. Seeing that internet, e-commerce and
telecommuting are now sufficiently accessible in the Philippines, they set out to establish a
