2. Please be informed that on 0830H 03 August 2021, this unit

supervised PDL Gary Tan for his continuation of Counseling by Pastor Joseph Combatir
of Bahay Silangan assisted by the duty active lockdown personnel JO2 Melvic
Mayonila.

4. That the said activity has ended 0925H same date above.

OBSERVATIONS

5. The video counseling was successful. Precautionary measures and

protocols were observed and followed without hampering the jail security.

RECOMMENDATIONS

6. Video Counseling needs high internet connection in order to

make the activity more effective and stable. Precautionary Measures on COVID 19 be
observed and jail security be intensified.
