2. MISSION/PURPOSE: To nurture the eco jail project of this unit that will soon
benefit our PDL.

5. PARTICIPANTS: JO1 Precious Mae Sicuan and two (2) female PDL

6. NARRATIVE:

a. Please be informed that on 08:35 AM of January 28, 2024, under the

leadership of the undersigned Warden, JO1 Precious Mae Sicuan – Duty Custodial
facilitated the watering and nurturing of potted plants on our eco-jail garden that was
conducted by two (2) female PDL.

b. Said activity ended at 07:45 AM same date with no untoward incident.

c. For information.
