MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : COORDINATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF MEMORANDUM

OF AGREEMENT WITH THE PHILIPPINE RED CROSS
DATE : February 13, 2024
1. Reference: Minutes of the 4th Quarter National Management Conference.

2. The Jail Bureau, in its commitment to addressing the critical need for a stable
and sufficient blood supply for the most vulnerable, seeks to develop partnerships under a
mutually beneficial memorandum of agreement with stakeholders. Donating blood is
important as it is an act of service to fellow humans. Making a difference in the lives of
others can boost a donor’s sense of social responsiveness.

3. Relative to this, you are hereby directed to coordinate with your respective
Philippine Red Cross Chapter, to establish a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) under
which both parties will collaborate to facilitate blood donation activities within the
jurisdiction of BJMP facilities.

4. Attached herewith is the MOA template for your reference.

5. Submit AAR of your action taken NLT February 29, 2024.
