    Written statement along with an application for condonation
    of delay in filing the written statement has been filed on behalf of the
    defendants.  Copy supplied. 
    I   have   perused   the   application,   case   file   and   heard   the
    arguments.
    In   view   of   the   reasons   mentioned   in   the   application,   the
    application under consideration is allowed subject to cost of Rs.2000/­
    to be paid by the defendants to the plaintiff on the next date of hearing.
    The application stands allowed and disposed off accordingly. The written
    statement is taken on record.
    Put   up   for   filing   of   replication,   admission/denial   of
    documents and framing of issues for 30.09.2019.
