Release Agreement - Please read carefully before signing.

I, for the sole consideration of the permission granted to me to enter the on or off road areas as a guest of the
Laurel Highlands JeepFest and Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa (owner of the real property
comprising the off-road area and vehicles used in the driving club), do hereby release and forever discharge,
and for my heirs, executors, employees, agents, successors and assigns there of, and all other persons,
firms and corporations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) of and from any and all claims, demands, rights,
and causes of action of any kind or nature, arising from, and by reason of all known and unknown, foreseen
and unforeseen bodily personal injuries, damages to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting, and
to result from the use, occupation or visitation of the vehicles by the undersigned, and further said
undersigned agrees to defend or cause to be defended and to indemnify and hold the Released Parties
harmless against any and all claims, suits, damages or causes of action for injury, damage, or loss resulting
from my use of the Resort premises or my presence and participation in the Nemacolin Woodlands Driving
Club and the Laurel Highlands JeepFest Trail Rides.

I REALIZE THIS IS A HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY, AND I ASSUME ALL RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY OR
PROPERTY DAMAGE. I MAY SUSTAIN FROM TRAIL RIDING ON AN UNDEVELOPED AND
UNSUPERVISED TRACT OF LAND OR FROM ON-PAVEMENT DRIVING NEGLIGENCE.
