I. OVERVIEW
The Tarlac City GAD Database is a project of the City Government of Tarlac, spearheaded by the City Planning &
Development Office. The database is a manifestation of the city’s strong belief and commitment that a GAD database is
essential, since it serves as the basis for gender-responsive planning, programming, and policy formulation. The design of
the database also allows interested researchers to download the information. The GAD Office also promises to
continuously and regularly monitor and update the database to make sure that all possible facets of necessary data is
covered
