AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, JIMMY BOY M. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, married, Filipino with

office address at 2nd Floor, FAS Building, Bitas, Cabanatuan City, after
having duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That, I am an employee of Common Wealth Vision Credit

Corporation;
2. That, on May 25, 2017, for and in behalf of Common Wealth
Vision Credit Corporation, I personally served a copy of Motion
For Execution dated May 24, 2017 in the case entitled Common
Wealth Vision Credit Corporation versus Vincent Paul Joson, Et.
Al. to Sps. Vincent Paul Joson and Esmeralda Joson at D.S. Garcia,
JIL Church, Circumferential Road, Cabanatuan City;
3. That, when I arrived at the above-stated address, Sps. Joson were
not there and I merely left a copy of the said Motion to the mother
of Esmeralda Joson, who is likewise a residing in the said house;
4. That, when I served the said Motion for Execution to the said
person on the above-stated date, she refused to affix her signature
to the receiving copy of the Motion and refused to acknowledge
receipt;
5. That, despite of her refusal to affix her signature to the receiving
copy of the same, I left a copy of the aforesaid Motion to her. As
proof, attached hereto is the photograph as ANNEX “A”;
6. That I have executed the foregoing to attest to the truth hereof and
for whatever legal purpose this may deem worth.
