NARRATIVE REPORT

Our dearest Principal Dr. Socorro R. Fundivilla, Principal IV discussed the 2017 Omnibus Rules on
Appointments and Other Human Resources Action (ORAOHRA - Revised July 2018) by Civil Service
Commission. It is about the “personnel action shall be in accordance with such rules, standards and
regulations as may be promulgated by the Commission”.
