You are hereby granted authority to travel to Pilar, Poro, San

Francisco, Tudela, Camotes, Cebu for the distribution of Incentive
Allowance for BRGY. TANODS, BNS and BAHA on December 6-8, 2015.

You are, likewise, authorized to charge the expenses of travel,

actual room accommodation and any such expenses relative thereto
against available funds of your office, subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
