We Mr. K S NAGARAJAIAH and Mrs. S B SUJATHA, Aged 57 & 51 Years, Parent of the
Student, Indian Inhabitant, presently residing at No.832, 3rd Main, 6th Cross, Kempegowda
Nagar, T Dasarahalli, Bengaluru- 560057, Karnataka State, India does hereby solemnly and
sincerely affirm and state that:-

Our son SACHIN NAGARAJAIAH has secured admission at RIGA TECHNICAL

UNIVERSITY, LATVIA for MSC ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY, MECHANICS
AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.

We hereby undertake the responsibility to sponsor his/her total cost of tuition fees, books and
supplies, medical insurance, living expenses and ‘to and from’ Air fare and all other
expenses for his stay in abroad.

We declare that we have adequate source of income from Salaries, Interest and Dividends
and liquid Assets to provide sound sponsorship to pay my said son, for proposed higher
education in abroad.

We declare that whatever is stated above is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. We
know that, to make a false affidavit is a criminal offense.
