Dear Sir,
I am in receipt of your Statements dated 07/24/2019 and 07/25/2019, for a balance due of
$4,522.81. After review these Statements, I notice that you have mislabel the Statements and the
Three Day Notice To Pay or Quit, as past Rent Due. However, the money you seeking is for
utilities. This is very concerning because as of January of 2019, you represented to me that you
would have separate meters installed as to the utilities, as of date there have been no installment
of a separate meter for business.
To this date, you have not once provided with a bill that demonstrates that the potion you
are seeking is actual reflection of my business usage. As you know I paid you a lumps sum for the
same reasons yet you have not install a separate meter. You have not provided me with the
monthly unities bills so that I can ascertain that you are billing correctly and within the law.
It is my hope that we can resolve this matter quickly and fairly. That you.
