Project Survey
The Advisory Committee provided input regarding potential names for the new Comprehensive Plan,
survey questions, and stakeholders that should be interviewed. The Committee further provided their
feedback related to opportunities and challenges facing the City of Merriam as well as their dreams
and fears for the community.
The input received from the committee is included within the presentation as part of the
corresponding slides. Attached is a copy of the meeting presentation. Also attached is an attendance
sign-in sheet for the committee.
Next Steps
The Advisory Committee determined that Wednesday’s at 6:30 pm would work best for future
meetings. The next meeting is anticipated to occur in the month of October and will include the
Consultant Team’s initial analysis of Merriam.
