Hello all

In light of Stress Awareness week, I am offering a yoga (lunch-time) taster class for anyone
interested.

I teach Ashtanga yoga so it would be based on that style of yoga. It is quite different from other
types of yoga so don’t think it’s just going to be some easy stretching! I will cater it for all abilities
though so don’t worry if you are not flexible, it’s not a pre-requisite!

This Friday 24th October is looking like a possible date. We would be using Meeting Room 1.

So, at this stage, can you reply back to me to say if 1) you would be interested and 2) can you make
next Wednesday lunchtime (likely to be 30-40 mins)…by Wednesday COB ideally.

Also, if you happen to have a yoga mat you could bring let me know.
