Ankita: Great, let me help you understand how our classes are conducted. Our
classes are carried out in small groups for a more personalized setting. Each
batch has around 15 – 20 people. Our instructors are best in class as they are
highly experienced and rigorously trained. We also have a very easy and
practical pause and cancellation policy.

Ankita: Yes, and our classes are conducted online via zoom. Every class is
around 50 – 55 mins long. Over this, each session has about 5 -10 mins for any
questions you may have for the instructor. The yoga for wellness class is 3
times a week and we offer multiple time slots from 6:30am to 9:30pm.

Ankita: Now would you prefer a morning slot or an evening slot?
