My first experience in the world of hospitality required me to learn fast, be agile and take
challenges.
Handle information, products or services and general information outside the hotel.
Coordinating guest services (coordinator from other departments in the hotel).
Report the status of the room by computer.
Record guest payments (guest bill / guest folio / guest account).
Complete guest payments (at check-out).
Compile a history of guest visits.
Handle telephone, role and e-mail.
Ensures that customers are enjoying their stay or that they do not have any problem with their
facility.
Communicated with bussers and management to provide prompt seating and efficient turnover
Accept and organize reservations, and prioritize reservations to accommodate customers.
Greeted guests and escorted them to table or waiting area.
Addressed guest requests or complaints, and escalated major complaints to manager.
